Shipping methods, shipping costs, and delivery times
We process and ship orders during our regular business hours. These are Monday through Friday from 10:00 CET to 18:00 CET (except public holidays).
We only ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden.
The dispatch takes place either with DPD or DHL (see table below). We ask for your understanding that we can not ship to any post office boxes and that a pickup of the goods is only possible in exceptional cases and only after prior appointment.

The start for the delivery period depends on the selected payment method:
- Advance payment (bank transfer): The day after the payment instruction is issued to the transferring bank
- PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal), Direct debit (via PayPal): The day after confirming the payment instruction to PayPal
- Invoice (via PayPal): The day after concluding the contract of sale
The delivery period ends for all payment methods at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
If you purchase within one order several products, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is the delivery time that applies to the product of your order with the longest delivery time.

After we have received and checked your return shipment, we will inform you by email about the receipt of the return and about the repayment to be made. We recommend that you keep the postal receipt for any inquiries or proofs until you have received the return receipt confirmation or the credit note from us.
