Shipping methods, shipping costs, and delivery times
We process and ship orders during our regular business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CET), except on public holidays.
Shipping is carried out by DPD or DHL (see table below). We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes and that collection of goods is only possible in exceptional cases and by prior appointment.
We only ship to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands. Please refer to the following table to see the delivery methods available for your delivery country, the shipping costs, and the delivery time:

The start for the delivery period depends on the selected payment method:
- Advance payment (bank transfer): The day after the payment instruction is issued to the transferring bank
- PayPal: The day after confirming the payment instruction to PayPal
- Klarna Pay later, Klarna Slice it, credit card: The day after concluding the contract of sale
The delivery period ends for all payment methods at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.
If you order several products with different delivery times in one order, we will ship them in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is the delivery time that applies to the product of your order with the longest delivery time.
Shipment Tracking
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours using one of the links below.

After we have received and checked your return shipment, we will inform you by email about the receipt of the return and about the repayment to be made. We recommend that you keep the proof of delivery for the return shipment for any queries or verification until you have received confirmation of receipt of the return or a credit note from us.
