General terms and conditions with customer information
1. Scope of application
|1.1.||For all orders through our website www.sharokina.com, the following terms and conditions (GTC) apply in their version valid at the time of the order.|
|1.2.||The offers on our website are exclusively addressed to consumers. A consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code).|

|2.2.||By offering the products on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for these products. You can add products to your cart without obligation by clicking on the “Add to cart” button on the respective product page. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, by using the appropriate buttons in the order process. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you are placing a binding order for the products in your cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.|
3. Contractual language and storage of the contract wording
|3.1.||The languages available for the conclusion of a contract are German and English.|
|3.2.||We store the contract wording (the GTC in the version valid at the time of the order and your order data). We will send it to you by email as part of the order confirmation immediately after you sent your order. The order confirmation email also includes our cancellation policy as a PDF file. You can read the general terms and conditions at any time on this website. If you have created an optional customer account, you can see the order details of your past orders after logging into your customer account.|
4. Prices, shipping costs, and delivery
|4.1.||All prices on our website are final prices in Euro (EUR) and include the German VAT. In addition to the stated product prices, we charge shipping costs for the delivery. We do not charge shipping costs within Germany for orders from a total value of goods of 150 Euro. The shipping costs are specified on our shipping costs page as well as during the order process.|
|4.2.||We deliver exclusively by shipping the goods to your provided shipping address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods by yourself.|
|4.3.||We do not deliver to packing stations.|
|5.1.||Generally, we offer the payment methods advance payment (bank transfer) and PayPal Plus (payment via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, invoice). With each order, we reserve the right not to offer some payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.|
Payment in advance (bank transfer)
If you select the payment method “Payment in advance (bank transfer)” we will inform you of our bank details by email as part of the order confirmation. We ship the goods after receipt of payment.
Payment via PayPal Plus (PayPal, direct debit, credit card, invoice)
We offer various payment methods (payment via PayPal, direct debit, or credit card, invoice) as PayPal Services via the payment service PayPal Plus. If you have chosen “PayPal Plus” as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website after clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
To pay with PayPal, you must log in there with your access data (or register if necessary) and then confirm the payment order to us. We then ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, which will be automatically executed immediately hereafter. You will receive further information during the order process. We ship the goods after receipt of payment.
To pay via direct debit, you do not have to be registered with PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you are giving PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal informs you about the date of the account debit (“prenotification”). Upon submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will ask its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be processed, and your account will be charged. You will receive further information during the order process.
To pay via credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. Upon confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimacy as the legitimate cardholder of your credit card company, the payment transaction will be processed by PayPal, and your card will be charged. You will receive further information during the order process.
6. Reservation of proprietary rights
|6.1.||Until full payment, the goods remain our property.|
7. Damages in transit
|7.1.||If you receive goods with apparent damages in transit, we ask you to complain to the deliverer and contact us. The failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular, your warranty rights. However, by filing a complaint or contacting us, you help us to assert our own claims against the parcel service provider or the transport insurance.|
8. Warranty and guarantee
|8.1.||The statutory liability for defects applies.|
|9.1.||We are always fully liable for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents|
In the case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly trusts and can trust, or by slight negligence through us, or our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, the liability shall be limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which is typically to be expected. Claims for damages are excluded.
